  Recreational to professional athletes

  Athletes 14 years of age or older

This 3 month coaching program is for recreational to elite athletes looking to improve their performance, relationship with food, and/or physique.

It includes:

60-minute initial video appointment

5x 30 min follow up video visit

Unlimited text-based support between visits

Dietary review (your current eating habits)

Custom nutrition plan (calories, macros if applicable)

Meal & snack ideas

Lab reviews if applicable

Performance nutrition recommendations: before, during, and after training

Race day nutrition plan (if applicable)

Supplement review and recommendations

This single-session visit is for endurance athletes looking to dial in an intra-race/event fueling plan. If you have a marathon, ultra marathon, or other endurance event that requires a more detailed nutrition strategy, this is for you.

It includes:

Single check-in email ~4 weeks after initial appointment
