My nutrition coaching program is a 3 month commitment. This includes 2 visits per month (6 visits total. 60 min initial, 30-45 min follow ups) Coaching pricing starts at $350 a month. Is this pricing structure within your budget? I accept FSA/HSA cards.

I am contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Do you have either one of these insurances, and if so, are you interested in learning about your coverage?.

My coaching sessions occur on Mondays between 8:00am-3:00pm MST. Does this availability line up with yours?(Required)

I will be on vacation August 13-27 and unavailable. During this time, I will pause nutrition coaching & we can make up the lack of availability by adding on post-vacation so you don't miss out on coaching.
