   60 minute initial video appointment
   5x30 minute follow up video appointments
   Unlimited text-based support between appointments
   Custom nutrition plan including supplements
   Performance nutrition recommendations: before, during & after training
   Race day nutrition plan


Best used 1-2 months out from your key event to allow time to practice fueling during training. It includes:

   60 minute initial video appointment

   Custom Fueling Plan
